What Makes CrossFit TTG Different?

Who We Are

CrossFit TTG is a growing Box successfully operating in its 4-rth year nestled right here in Raleigh, North Carolina. CrossFit TTG was started in January of 2015 by Scot and Sara Aubinoe, and George (Juice) Bell who started out of Scot and Sara’s garage and graduated to the Swift Creek Center, where we are now growing into our technically our third location 2845 Jones Franklin Road in June of 2017. Scot, Sara are Level 1 CF Certified Coaches and Juice is a Level 2 CrossFit Certified Coach.

At CrossFit TTG we are committed to building a community of like-minded individuals working towards the common goal of achieving elite fitness, through a supportive community, offering excellent programming, taking our athlete’s fitness to the next level.

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track and field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life, such as pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

CrossFit TTG is a box that challenges their members by asking, “Do you want to get fit, or do you want to join a gym?” We are committed to bringing out the inner elite athlete in everyone and we encourage you to come try CrossFit today.

You do not need to be fit before you come to CrossFit TTG. You come to CrossFit TTG to get fit.
