It’s fairly common these days for CrossFit gyms to have their new members complete an introductory course, which are often referred to as Elements, Foundations or On-Ramp programs. These courses give coaches dedicated class time for teaching beginners the basic mechanics and movements they’ll be expected to perform in regular classes.
Coming Soon. For those of you that want the high intensity without the olympic lifting part of crossFit, TTG AMPED BOOTCAMP is for you. TTG Amped is scaled to meet any fitness level. This 40 minute class will focus on functional exercises, lighter weights, and body weight movements. Very similar to our CrossFit class with a Boot Camp style that is a perfect introduction to CrossFit! As CrossFit promotes, we provide a Full Body Functional Workout without heavy weights, yet including the high intensity and a similar core to extremity workouts. At CrossFit TTG we Provide a Yoga class with instructor every Sunday at 11am. This YOGA workout is predicated on the previous weeks workout and addresses the specific body parts worked that week, and addresses the calming techniques used by our instructor. Our yoga provides the Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. This is a part of the unlimited plan at CrossFit TTG.
Here at CrossFit TTG we strongly believe that nutrition is the footing for a solid fitness journey. Eating for a healthy lifestyle is pivotal for proper health and performance. We offer individualized nutrition counseling with coach Caitie O’Grady. Nutrition sparked her interest in 2015. Since then, she has received her Precision Nutrition Certification and is excited about sharing her knowledge with others.
Also referred to as the 60 Day Test Drive at CrossFit TTG. This program provides 3 75 minute classes with a certified CrossFit Coach and then integrates you into the Daily WODs at CrossFit TTG. We want to get you off the couch and get you into CrossFit. You don’t need to be fit to come to CrossFit, you come to CrossFit to get Fit.
