1. What made you start CrossFit? 

I was tired of the big box gyms and I wanted something that would challenge me.

2. What is one thing most people don’t know about you?­

I love to play golf and spend most of my free time playing.

3. What is your one favorite and least favorite movement in CrossFit?­

Clean and jerk

Box step ups with DB or KB

4. What is your ultimate cheat meal?­

Chicken wings and a cold beer

5. Since starting CrossFit, What is your biggest/proudest accomplishment?­

Losing close to 50 pounds and living a healthier life style.
