I wasn’t getting enough from my previous gym and wanted to challenge myself. I fell in love with the energy, it’s an hour a day that I tune everything else out and focus on myself and getting better. 2. What is one thing most people don’t know about you? I love scratch offs! 3. What is your one favorite and least favorite movement in CrossFit? Favorite movement: power snatches and deadlifts Least favorite: lunges 4. What is your ultimate cheat meal? Jet’s four corner deep dish pizza, fountain Diet Coke and ice cream for dessert 5. Since starting CrossFit, What is your biggest/proudest accomplishment? I’m most proud of the lifestyle change crossfit has influenced on me. If you would have told me 10 years ago that I’ve done competitions and could deadlift over 300# I would have never believed it!
