Nina Stanislav is our CrossFit TTG February 2018 Athlete of the Month!

1. What made you start CrossFit? 

I wasn’t getting enough from my previous gym and wanted to challenge myself. I fell in love with the energy, it’s an hour a day that I tune everything else out and focus on myself and getting better.

2. What is one thing most people don’t know about you?­

I love scratch offs!

3. What is your one favorite and least favorite movement in CrossFit?­

Favorite movement: power snatches and deadlifts

Least favorite: lunges

4. What is your ultimate cheat meal?­

Jet’s four corner deep dish pizza, fountain Diet Coke and ice cream for dessert 

5. Since starting CrossFit, What is your biggest/proudest accomplishment?­

I’m most proud of the lifestyle change crossfit has influenced on me. If you would have told me 10 years ago that I’ve done competitions and could deadlift over 300# I would have never believed it!
