1.What made you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit because I needed to be pushed and get out of the boring same old cardio equipment at the gym – and my boss, Adam Bryan suggested giving CrossFit a try
2.What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
I played softball for 14 years and played lacrosse in college.
3.What is your one favorite and least favorite movement in CrossFit?
Favorite movement: ?
My favorite movement is clean and jerk
Least favorite: ?
Least favorite is any form of snatch
4.What is your ultimate cheat meal?
Mexican and ice cream!!!!
5. Since starting CrossFit, What is your biggest/proudest accomplishment.
Proudest accomplishment – at 37, I’m in better shape than 20, that I can lift and squat more than I could’ve ever imagined, and just generally happier and healthier.
6.What are your top 3 favorite movies of all time?
Forrest Gump, titanic, the sound of music.
7.What is your favorite past time outside of the gym?
Catching up on shows, hanging out with friends and family, traveling, and of course napping.
