CrossFit TTG – Home workouts Corona Series

There will be two workouts written. One for those who have weights and one for those who do not. Some people do have a full gym at their house.

A: Metcon (Time)

WEIGHTLESS

3 rounds

20 WB (use a BB/Soccer ball/ Pillow)

20 Sumo DL high Pull(SDHP)

20 Burpees

15 Diamond Push Ups
*WB- Use a soccer ball/ Pillow/

*SDHP- use a backpack and fill it with books

*diamond PU hands come together to make a diamond shape

B: Metcon (Time)

HAVE WEIGHTS

3 ROUNDS

20 WB

20 ALT DB Snatch 50/35

20 Burpees

15 Diamond Push ups
*WB use a BB, Soccer ball, Pillow

*ALT DB SN- use a weight you have at home

*Diamond Push ups- your hand placement creates a diamond on the floor. Should feel it in the triceps more than pecs

Monostructural

-Here i want 15 minutes of active movement

-Bike ride with kids

-walk with the family

-1-2 mile run

-15 minute basketball game
