CrossFit TTG – Home workouts Corona Series
Today’s workout should be max effort. You have a built in 3 min rest than directly into the 2 portion.
You will start the clock and do the EMOM. Then keep the clock rolling on the 12:00 mark you will have 8:00 minutes to complete the 2 portion. There is a 20 minute cap. Post scores to wodify and tag us on FB AND INSTA for all your at home workouts.
A: Metcon (Time)
20 mountain climbers
15 odd object back squat
:40 hollow hold
Rest 3 minutes Directly into (Clock doesn’t stop)
3 rounds for time
10 squat jumps
10 v ups
– use a rolling clock
– time cap 20 minutes

*Squat jump is: squat: then explode out of the bottom jumping vertically
