1.What made you start CrossFit?
“I wanted to get into weight training but I was unmotivated going to a standard gym.”
2.What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
“That I like true crime shows/documentaries/podcasts.”
3.What is your one favorite and least favorite movement in CrossFit?
“Favorite movement: Cleans or running”
“Least favorite:Squat snatch”
4.What is your ultimate cheat meal?
“Depends on my mood! Right now I would say wings and potato wedges from Buffalo Wild Wings.”
5. Since starting CrossFit, What is your biggest/proudest accomplishment.
“Being more consistent about eating clean and actually seeing more body composition changes!”
6.What are your top 3 favorite movies of all time?
“I think I have to go with Poetic Justice, Bad Boys II, and Fast Five. No particular order.”
7.What is your favorite past time outside of the gym?
“I like working on puzzles or reading.”
