Then

Run 200m

A: Push Press (5 Reps E2M for 10)

Push Press

Every 2 Minutes for 10 Minutes

5 Reps from the Floor

B: TTG-8/24 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every :90 until failure

2 Lateral Burpees over bar

2 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75lbs

Add 2 reps to each movement until you can no

longer complete the prescribed reps for that

round
