10 Medball Cleans (wallballs on R3)
15 Calorie Machine or 300m Run
A: Ring Dips (5 Rounds 1:00 Max Rep Ring/Bench Dip Rest 2:00 )
-If we can not ring dip.
Use the matador, for regular dips.
– If we can not ring dip, but can hold you can sub max ring hold up to 1:00.
B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)
Every 4 Minutes for 12 Minutes
30 Wallballs 20/14lbs
You should be finishing around 3-3:30
-Adjust running distance accordingly
– Adjust WB reps as well
