athletes perform Scap Pull ups for the
second :30).
Skill work
Toes to Bar Skill
2×5 Kip Swings
2×5 Kipping Knee Raises
1×5 Toes to Bar, increasing height
A: Metcon (No Measure)
Every 5 Minutes for 40 Minutes, alternating
between:
– 500m Row
– 20 Bar Facing Burpees + 20 Toes to Bar
Should have about 2:30 rest after row
Should have 2:00 after TTB
