Use the same weight across all 4 Sets

Load should be moderate but not broken into 3 sets or more

B: 7/20/20 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 16 Minutes

200m Run

100m Farmers Carry 30 – 70lbs

50m Walking Lunge No Weight
