10 Box Jumps Then,

Tall Clean Warm Up, 3 reps in each position (receive in a power clean, not a squat)

A: Power Clean

3-2-1 (end around 80%)

3-2-1 (end around 90%)

3-2-1 (end around new 1RM

rest 1-2 minutes between waves 3/2/1 should be drop and reset

B: Metcon (Time)

Hang Power Clean 135/95lbs

Front Squat 135/95lbs
