Warm-up

2 Rounds

15 Medball Squat Cleans

10 Perfect Push Ups (slow down, explosive up)

5 Strict Pull Ups

10 RDLs 95/65lbs or less

-After Strength-

Pull Up Progression Warm Up

1-2 times through, all unbroken

1 Pull Up + 1 Kip

2 Pull Ups + 1 Kip

3 Pull Ups + 1 Kip

A: Bench Press (8-8-8-8)

-Rest 2-3 Minutes between setss

– Be around same weight each set

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 12 Minutes

24 Wallballs 20/14lbs

15 Pull Ups

6 Deadlifts 245/165lbs
Goal is around 4 rounds
