1:00 Dead Hang from Pull Up Bar

Warm-up

3 Rounds

4 Turkish Get Ups

8 Empty Bar Front Squats

Run 50m forwards

Run 50m backwards

then,

Tall Clean Warm Up,

3 reps in each position

3 Power Position Squat Clean

3 Pause Hang Squat Clean (pause in hang)

A: Hang squat clean (1 HSC every :45 for 12M (above Knee))

* we should be adding weight each one. If form is compromised reduce by10-20%

B: Metcon (Time)
