30-25-20-15-10-5 Burpees to 6″ Target AFAP
Rest 3:00 after the 30, 25, then only 1:00 after the 20, 15 and 10
– Volume modifications (as written = 105 reps)
– 21-18-15-12-9-6 = 84 reps
– 16-14-12-10-8-6 = 66 reps
– Reduce the total amount of rounds for flutter kicks to 5 or 7
