30 Mountain Climbers (each leg coming up = 1 rep)

15 Sit Ups

15 Push Ups

Rest 1:00 between rounds
Scaling

– Perform fewer rounds or fewer reps (3 rounds of 20/10/10)

– Substitute Sit Ups for Crunches

– Elevate the push ups with hands on a box, couch or wall
