Teams of 3, alternating full rounds

5 Rounds Each Person

10 Sandbag Lunges

3 Sandbag Cleans

10 Sandbag Squats

3 Sandbag Cleans
The sandbag weight should something very uncomfortable to hold for both the lunges and squats, but should remain unbroken. A heavy barbell makes and excellent substitute if sandbags are unavailable. If using a barbell, perform squat cleans for each set of three sandbag cleans.
