3 Strict Pull ups (banded)

3 inch worms+ 2 Push Ups + 3 Squats

(inchoworm out then 2 push ups inchwork back )

If wearing a vest for murph last 2 rounds wear a vest

20 Push ups

30 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

If doing murph with vest wear one
Focus- Increased gymnastics with running and large sets

– Scaling- partition 7 Rounds as 20 AMRAP of 8-16-24
