Warm-up

2 Rounds

10 PVC Pass Throughs

10 Shoulder Swimmers

10 Bodyweight GFYs (GFY = Lunge, Lunge, Squat)

Then

3 Rounds

200m Run

10 Gymnastic Kips

10 Push Ups with a Twist

10 Jump Squats (for height)

Then, as a group

2 Round of “Cindy”*

*Goal with the 2 rounds of practice is to have

athletes simulate their workout speed and for

coaches to check form and remind athletes about

moving correctly

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
