We recommend using the scaling options provided by CrossFit. This will
also help athletes decide which division to participate in come the open
itself. Athletes wanting to attempt this workout Rx should be allowed to
barring a safety concern.
– DB Thruster: Scale weight before reps – athletes should perform these
4 reps in one set.
– Toes to bar: should be 1-3 sets at most
– Double unders: should not exceed 1:00 at any point.
