Scaling
– Athletes who can safely do both movements should be
encouraged to push themselves to try this workout RX.
– Snatches should be able to be done as multiple touch and go
reps at a time rather than singles, and should be relatively light
for the athlete.
– Scale double unders to single unders to preserve the stimulus if
an athlete cannot perform any double unders. Athletes who
have some double unders may elect to grind through this
workout Rx, or modify to singles.
Coach Focus/Notes: This is an Open Retest from 2011 and 2014. If
athletes have been training for a significant amount of time, check
old score before starting. We are looking for athletes to be able to
move back and forth relatively quickly.
