Lifting Day today….Some added accessory work

A: Power Snatch (5X3)

set 1-70% 2rm

set 2- 73%

set 3- 77%

set 4- 80%

set 5- 83%

Work on touch and go

* if mechanic break down start lower weight

* Rest 1:30 in-between sets

B: Snatch Balance (3×10)

Start with bar BTN from rack.

* work to 65% of 1RM

IF Choosing to NOT Lift

Choose a Machine of your choice.

1.) Steady 65% effort sustained for 15 Minutes

2.) Work on Mobility in problem areas (ovhd, Squat, Lat)

3.) Cool down of choice, Grab a mat and Stretch
