With a partner, alternating AMRAPs

20 Double Unders

10 Hang Power Cleans 95/65lbs

Feel: Conditioning

Pacing: Reach

Target Score: 20+ Rounds

Firebreather Score: 30+ Rounds

Scaling:

– Double Unders: Not exceed :20 of work at any point,

otherwise reduce rep requirement or modify to singles.

– Hang Power Clean: ideally unbroken and pretty fast, but

may be 2 sets if needed.

– Toes to bar: ideally unbroken, but may turn into 2 quick

sets.

Coach Focus: Last day of “scaled week”! Hopefully athletes

of all ability levels are realizing that the “easier” the workout

is, the harder they have to push making the workout itself

even tougher. Today is no exception – athletes should have a

version of this they can crush.

Additional Notes/Resources: Partner 1 performs a 90-

second AMRAP, then Parter 2 performs a 90-second

AMRAP while P1 rests. Alternate until both partners have

performed 10 rounds each. Pick up where your partner left

off each time.
