George “Juice” Bell is a level 2 certified Crossfit instructor and group fitness instructor. He previously owned a fitness Bootcamp for 3 years before getting involved with Crossfit. Juice has now been coaching and competing in Crossfit for over 3 years. Before coaching he was a high school All-American football player coming out of Fayetteville, NC (jack britt high school). He then took his talents to Virginia Tech where he studied in human development and also played for 3 years on a full athletic scholarship. After his time at Virginia Tech, He than transferred to Catawba college for a year before going to play professionally overseas in Germany where he spent a year playing football.
Juices passion is to see all his clients reach their goals. He expects the most out of everyone and does not settle for less then that. You can find juice competing in the many local and regional competitions. In his free time outside of Crossfit, he is usually glued to tv watching sports or out with his dog “kekoa” throwing the football.
Why I need Crossfit: after football I needed to fill the competitive gap. I played sports at a high level and Crossfit is by far the most challenging.
